Databinding UserControl question

Leo
I have a user control that exposes properties through Public Property
methods. On one of the properties I would like to have a parameter:

Public Property EMail(byval DisplayText as String) As String

How do I pass the parameter in the .aspx page with databinding?

EMail='<%# Eval("Email") %>'

That is what I have without passing the parameter.
