How to make a user login in https?

Hello, friends,

I am developing Default.aspx (asp.net 1.1, Forms Authentication) to allow a
user to login using https (SSL) like the follows:

<form name="form1" action="https://localhost/myweb/Default.aspx"
method="post" runat="server">

However, after I click Submit, I got an error saying this page can not be
found. I checked IE Options, it did select Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0, Use TLS
1.0. And, IE can display: http://localhost/myweb/Default.aspx, the non-SSL
one.

This drove me nuts. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot.
