Control's position relative to grid size?

Art
I have a button placed under the GridView and I wold like that button to be
rendered, say, 30 px below the last row in the GridView. This grid may have
10 or 100 rows (maybe more), it doesn't really matter, the important thing is
that the button should alwys be 30 px below the last row. Is this possible to
do?
