server controls in app_code.

anyone,
how to reference server controls (without .ascx) that are in the
app_code folder.

The msdn documentation talks about dropping them in and using Page
section of web.config to add and specify Namespace , but iam not able to
figure out their Namespace

Many thanks

The namespace is whatever you put in the code in App_Code. You can always
add one:

namespace Foo
{
class Bar : Control {}
}

The assembly name is App_Code, BTW.
