VS2005 Setup Get's Stuck

My VS2005 has been acting wierd so I decided to do a repair on it.

It progresses to the end of "Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1" (Installing
Components) then stays there.

I kill the process then run the repair again, and it zips thru the above and
progresses thru "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0" then stays there.

I kill the process then run the repair again... (same pattern)

Any suggestions? This has happened on 2 different computers. I have MSDN
Universal so this is one of their install cds...
