Auto Download from Web Page

Hello all,
In Intranet, i want to make file download without User
Interaction(Dont want the Dialog which ask Open and save) and want to save
that file to a specified location in clients system.Enabling Acitvex in the
Browser won't be a problem , all user will enable Activex for Intranet.
Please Help with writing this Activex control and how to Integrate it with
Web page, i am using javascript,asp.net with C#.

If there is any other method to do this, please inform me.

Sounds like you've got a good strategy in mind; ActiveX sounds like the way
to go.
However, this is not an ActiveX forum, therefore you'll likely find better
advice elsewhere.
