Assembly Load failure

Hello - i have an ASP.NET application which loads all DLL's from bin folder
and creates an instance of the dll using Assembly.LoadFrom method. Everything
works fine when the ASPNET user is member of Admin Group, when i remove the
ASPNET user from admin group i get a Access denied message. I am aware that
it is to do with security but not sure how to overcome this Access denied
issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
