VS2005 Publish Web error

jay
Need some help! Website originally designed in VS2003 and converted by wizard
to VS2005. Get error Error "Could not load type myApp.Global' from assembly
'App_Code, Version=1.0.2284.18492, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'."
Will not publish. What am I doing wrong?

Jay
