Which built the account of ASPNET

There is an ASPNET account in my windowsxp.
Which program built it? IIS, .NETFRAMEWORK 2.0, or ?

..Net framework created it. this is the account that faremwork uses to run
ASP.Net worker process for anonymous access.

It is assigned when aspnet_regiis.exe runs, so the .Net Framework created it.

It might have also been created by the .Net Framework 1.1,
not only by the .Net Framework 2.0, though.

The .NET Framework installation created it.
