System.Resources.ResourceReader and *.resx files ...

Hi Group

the System.Resources.ResourceReader does apparently not read the resx files
from the 'App_LocalResources' folder.. does anybody know where to look for a
library (or namespace) to start looking?

- or do I have to read/write them manually with the System.Xml utilities?

Regards, Rune.
