using repeaters and text boxes and labels in the client side

Hi,
i was trying to use textbox and label within a repeater
such that when the values on those text boxes are changed the changed
values and its coresponding label values must be added to a array, all
the addtion to the array must be done in the in the client side without
refreshing the page.
Anyone pls help
