Migration from 2.0 Beta 1 to 2.0 RTM version

Hello all,

I've been looking for some tools to migrate a 2.0 Beta 1 Framework website
to an RTM version. I have not been that sucessfull and so I set about writing
a macro in VS to automatically change page directives, alerter the code
behind interiance model etc but I wondered if something of this nature had
already been done by somebody else?
