Configuration and location section

Hi
I need to get the location sections in runtime:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<configuration>
<system.web>
...
<system.web>
<location>
</location>
<location>
</location>
</configuration>

here I expect to get 2 location sections, I try the
WebConfigurationManager.GetSection() and other method and I didn't find
any way to do so.
Any one know how to do that (I don't want to open the web.config with
the XMLDocument).
