note that if you store the values during application_start and only READ
that value afterwards, alls good. If you read and WRITE, you need to worry
about thread safety. This can most easily be done via the application's
Lock and Unlock() methods..
Application.Lock()
Application("SomeKey") = aNewObject
Application.Unlock();
