in search of asp.net super guide for the lazy man

anyone know of a good article or book that answers stuff like this:

when to use COM+ or not
how to [and how to not] setup load balancing
how to localize/internationalize your site properly
smart folder setup
and other useful site admin/setup tidbits?

thanks a bunch

Neil,
Your superguide is the people who respond to this and similar newsgroups.
Ask your specific question(s) following good posting netiquette and provding
specific details in your posts, and the answers will magically come. I mostly
answer posts now, instead of asking, but when I started out with .NET there
were a lot of generous people who responded to my questions. But then, I
haven't been lazy...
