ContentType for a shortcut

Hi all,

I have created a bunch of shortcuts (.url) that point to a web service,
and passes a unique file identifier. The web service returns the file
that it was pointing to. The problem is, it opens in internet explorer.
Is there any way to have it open the correct application instead of
internet explorer?

I am already setting the MIME type of the file (Reponse.ContentType..)

Thanks

Hi Slipped,
I bet the folks in the dotnet group could help better after all your doing
something with the desktop. I'd maybe create a dotnet application to call
the webservices display the savebox, save the result file, call
system.diagnostics.process.start method on the saved file.

Good Luck
