Request Time Out - Only Init is executed

Hi All,

I have a problem on some production servers where a particular page
will postback and then never return. Eventually, the page will time out
with a HttpException "Request Timed Out" error. When I turn on tracing,
reproduce the error and view the trace using Trace.axd some things look
a little odd. I have attached the output for the page in question
below.

I ommitted the Server Variables and encoded viewstate data just so the
information was readable. However, you'll notice that only Init fires
for the page... The same page when it does postback and return
correctly contains the additional page lifecycle events you'd expect to
see. Does anyone have any ideas why a page request would sometimes only
process the Init event?

Thanks,
D.
