2.0 : built-in browser opens half-size

ASP.NET 2.0 : debug mode : the built-in browser always opens in a
horizontally half-size window .... kind of centered in the middle of the
screen ...

This is more a result of the last time you had the browser open. I don't
believe it has anything to do with VWD.

Nope. I open a browser (either stand-alone, maximize it, close it; or in
VS05 debug mode, maxiimize it, stop debugging). Either way next time it
comes up 1/2 width center-left of the screen.
