where 'WebControl' declarations are at VS 2005?

Hi,

i Need to access WebControls in a webUserControl. in VS 2003 i can do
it swicthing from Privated to Public at "#Region" but VisualStudio 2005
hid it, and there is no visible declaration of this webcontrols.

i would like to know if is it still declared in some where. or if i can
have an idea to solve this problem.

King Regards
Italo Mácola.
