.NET IDE crashes when trying to attach a process in an ASP.net

Hi all,
If some one can help me.
..NET IDE crashes when trying to attach a process in an ASP.net
application.
this is the error..
"Faulting application devenv.exe, version 7.10.3077.0, faulting module
rpcrt4.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00019cc8."
Please help if some one know how to fix this
