OK, here's my 2c.
You can drag a button onto the form and double click it. This will add a
server event which fires when the user clicks the button. So far, so good.
Next we have "go look up the a phone number". Do you mean *the* phone
number, or *a* phone number. Based upon what criteria, and from what data
store. If it's "the" phone number you can just hard code it. If you mean "a"
phone number just generate a random string of digits. That cuts out a lot of
messy database work.

I have profile enabled.
I've really thought hard about how to ask this question. I've really tried
and tried to ask it so I get a real answer and not a harrassing one.
