Server PDF Editing Component

Ray
I'm looking for a server-side PDF utility for editing
PDFs, to be installed on a shared web server, ie
I can just drop dll into my folder.

Basically I have an existing PDF to which I need to insert
text programmatically, on top of blank lines in the PDF file,
thereby creating and serving customized PDFs off the server
per request.

I see quite a lot of choices out there, some very expensive,
and not sure which is best/cheapest. I could use some
recommendations!

I have used www.Siberix.com PDF library to create PDFs - not sure though if you can also edit the PDF.
