Debugging somehow not working (locally) VS.NET 2002

DWY
I have not idea what has happened, but for some reason, my breakpoints aren't
working. Is there some checkbox somewhere that got flipped?

This will happen if you are running in release mode vs. Debug mode. Are you
running in Debug Mode?

If you toggle back to your code screen and hover over the break point, does
it provide a reason the break point is not functioning?
