running WebDev.WebServer from a batch file opens cmd window in background

I am running WebDev.WebServer from a batch file like this:
start /B WebDev.WebServer /port:4131 /path:C:\MySite /vpath:/MySite

when you double click on the batch file a separate command prompt window
opens. I thought the start /B would remove it. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

Thanks
