Dynamic Reports with VS 2005 ?

Hi, I would like to know if someone knows how to create reports that
can be modified at runtime via a Web Interface, I want to be able to
change the design of the report, its layout, its column's order, etc
Please tell me if this kind of features are supported in the version of

Crystal Reports that ships with VS Pro 2005, or If i have to consider
upgrading to the Crystal Reports Professional or Server Edition, or to
other reporting solution.

I had looked at this myself, and the answer was that you cannot do this
with Crystal.
Nor can you do this with MS Reporting Services.

We have an in-house PowerBuilder app with this kind of feature, i.e.
users can select columns at run time, so it makes sense to us, but it's
evidently not a feature that vendors typically provide.
