asp.net starter kit

a
ok so i am using the asp.net starter kit for charting and it works
fine on my dev. computer. But when i upload it to a server, the
picture is a broken link. I've uploaded all necessary files I'm pretty
sure.

It can't be a database connection because my project uses a simple
access query.

Is there anything I need to setup on the server for the drawing of the
image to take place? I didn't see anything about that in the readme.
