I wouldn't worry about it. The name of the program is "Microsoft .Net
Installation Hook." I was only able to find one reference to the phrase
"Installation Hook" anywhere on the web, and that was at the Microsoft web
site:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/165075/EN-US/
Apparently it is used when installing the .Net Framework to install DLLs.

I went to \windows\microsoft.net\framework and i typed
netfxsbs10 /? and it just went to the next command prompt. I thought it
may bring up a help screen about that executable, but I "fear" that the
executable ran.
What exactly dows that executable do? I ran this on my Windows 2003
server
box with IIS installed?
Thanks
