2.0 Security - Can store everything in Access MDB?

Can you configure ASP.NET 2.0 Security (via the web application admin) to
use an Access database vs SQL Server?

Also, if I want a primary field (userId) in my own tables (shoppingCart,
userSettings, etc...) to be linked with the user tables created
automatically for security, is it best to keep everything in the same db?
