typed dataset and datagrid

I have a datagrid on a webform that is being populated by a typed dataset
(mydata.xsd). It populate just fine but I need to know how to update the
data and insert new rows. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Using VS 2k3, ASP.Net 1.1, SQL Server 2000
Thank you,
