Is Grid layout still available in ASP.NET 2.0?

Hi, All
I am trying to look for Grid layout in ASP.NET 2.0, but cannot find it. Is
Grid layout option still available?

It was a setting in Tools, Options... Not sure in final though... Let us
know.

Thanks for your help.
It is:
Tools->Options->HTML Designer->CCS Designer->Position Option-> CheckBOX
Check.
