Add existing web form in web application

I want to add an existing web form in my web application. I selected
webform11.aspx in 'Add Exsting Item' dialauge box. But it includes
webform11.aspx.resx file in project. I could not see the form designer.
Whenever I tried to add webform11.vb file it prompts as webform11.resx
already exist. Want to replace?
How can I add an already esixting web form in my web application?

Hi RbanBph,
In Add Exsiting Item dialogue window, from Files of types: DDL select Common
Web Files. Then select web page file and click Open button. The operation
will add three files: .aspx, .vb (or .cs), and .resx. Then you can select
added item from Solution Explorer window and open either web page or code
file.
