Control to grab a web page and all it's components?

There are tools like WebCopier which grab webpages with the html, css, js,
images..etc, transform the links so the page can be viewed offline from the
HD.

I was wondering if there's a control or component that does the same
functionality which I can use in my own programs. While I probably can
develop this myself, I need a ready made control.

I'd take a look at Simon Mourier's "HtmlAgilityPack", which is very feature -
complete, open-source, and has plenty of sample code to do what you want plus
a lot else.
