File Permissions with vs.net 2005

I have an app that was able to create a file in c:\Temp when it was a 1.1
app. Now that I have converted it to 2.0 with vs.net 2003 I get an error
that says access to the path is denied. (I'm running in in debug mode
inside vs.net 2005). I recall dealing with this issue a couple of years ago
with 1.1 but don't remember exactly what I did.

I do notice that C:\Temp directory is marked Read Only in the Properties
dialog box but when I set it differently, it just resets itself.

Help,
T
