VS2005: Circular File References Are Not Allowed

I get a...

"Circular file references are not allowed."

....message almost every time I try to run my new (native, not upgraded)
file system website in VS2005. As soon as I get the message, I click
the run button again, and the website always loads.

Does anyone know what causes this error? How do I go about fixing it?
