change start page with IIS

Hi I am adding a splash page to a large .net application, just wondering if
there is a way to deploy this to the server without rebuilding it, would have
to add the splash page to the server and change the start page, just
wondering if this can be done from iis?

Probably.

1) Open the properties for the virtual root or website.
2) Click the Documents tab.
3) Add your page to the list of pages making your the first in the list.
