web folder problem..Please advice. *super urgent*

Hi,

I want to learn on how to open a excel file in web form (excel source is
from server web folder). When i close the web form, it prompt out a msg to
ackowledge me the content of the file has been changed and ask me save. After
i click save, a web folder location (the folder at server side) prompt out
and i click save. So, the new copy is already updated at the web folder
(server side). In order to do this, what steps (in coding side and server web
folder configuration side) i need to approach? i am totally new to this
situation. Please advice.

thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Ocurnos.
