Tivoli Vs ASP.NET2 on Role/Membership management

Hi,
Has new ASP.NET contains all the features of IBM Tivoli Access Manager for
Role/Membership management? Please give an insight on this.

I would assume you need this to create a provider (may have a provider for
2.0, not sure):
