application subdomain Asp.net

Hello friend,
I need to create application subdomains for my asp.net application.
Say for example, I am the admin for a web site
www.example.com,when I add a partner with my company, just by adding
him to my web site as a partner a separate web site should be created
for him, like www.partner1.example.com and www.partner2.example.com .
Hope u got my requirement; now please tell me how to do that making use
of ASP.Net and c# technologies with IIS 6.0.

Thank you so much in advance
