question about asp.net 2.0 file system web server.

Hi,

I got problems when I tried to debug file system web project. vs.net 2005
always complain
"asp.net development server failed to start listening on port 1030.
Error Message:
An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access
permissions".
another message after above is:
"Unable to connect to visual studio's localhost web server".
Actually, this problem is happen sometime, not always, so anyone have ideas
about that?

Thanks.

Actually, I use virtual PC with win2003 + sql 2005 + vss 2005. It works fine
sometimes. So, I don't think it conflicts with them.
