How to log in to another page from your page?

Hello,

I learned how to get some contest from another, authentication
protected, web pages using webclient and http requests.

However in this case I don't want to get any content. I just want to
log my users into that site, with credentials they provided, and then
to send them to that page.

How to acomplish this? Where to start looking for an answer? Thank you
in advance.
