Gridview and custom formatting cells depending on there value

Hi,

Can anyone help...I have a gridview control. I wish to highlight
certain cells depending on their values.

This article mentions a cell formatting event but when I try to import
System.Windows.Forms I get a doesn't contain any public members or
cannot be found!
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...ms12182003.asp

Can anyone give me an example of how to this. Preferably in VB.

Thanks

Caro
