WebDev issues

Hi All,
Two quick questions. Using the WebDev.WebServer that comes with
vs2005, is there any way to:

1. Develop a site in the root of the web (http://localhost:xxxx/)
rather than wwwroot (http://localhost:1733/wwwroot/) ? FYI: I need to
use absolute paths in include files as we don't know at design time
under what path the page will be running. On the live site it will a
root web.

2. Is there any way to allow WebDev to recieve connections from another
machine. In my case the PocketPC Emulator?

Thanks in advance,
Richard
