Crystal deployment woes

Any one seen this before? We have a development server that has a
classic ASP application using Crystal to show some reports. We are
developing and asp.net application that also shows reports using the
crystalreportviewer. in order to deploy the asp.net reports to the
server, we created an install package with the correct merge modules.
Now, the ASP.NET reports work correctly, but the classic ASP ones
broke. We get an error "webreporting.dll error 80070057. The Parameter
is incorrect." A search of the news groups and business objects
knowledge base didn't return anything useful.
