.Net control for uploading, cropping and transforming graphics file

I am not a developer but am looking for a .NET control to allow users
to upload and crop graphics files from a web page. I need to be able
to transform the following file formats. eps, jpg, tif, bmp, pdf, etc.
create a tumbnail for display in a browser, save a high res file for
print production and finally save the source file.
