Is it possible to consume a Web Service from an ASP Client?

I´d like to know if it´s possible to consume a Web from an aplication
developed in ASP. Any guideline. Please Help

Sure. All a webservice is is some code running on some webserver that
accepts (most often) HTTP requests.

If you have an HTTP library, you can make the requests to the webservice
like you would any other page. I do not know what libraries are available,
but I thought MS had one called mshttp, or something like that.
