IIS impersonation issues for in-proc registered assembly

Hello All,

I am currently having an issue running an assembly registered using
regasm in process under IIS.

I wrote the component in C#, then used regasm to register the assembly.
All is well until it needs to talk to our database using the
"Integrated Security=SSPI" option. In theory it should be using a
windows account that the virtual directory is running under, but that
doesn't seem to be the case as I get :

System.Data error '80131904'

Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'.
Another note is that this error is intermitent, i don't get it on every
page request and we are using a tool called SiteMinder for our user
authentication.

Thanks in advance for any ideas/help.
