Newbe question about location of assemblies.

Hello:

Im creating a web site that uses a class with some [DllImport] mehods, when
the web application starts, it can not find the external dll.

Where should it be placed?

Forget to say: Im using asp 2.0, where it seems that the project is not
going to the bin dir as before.
