how to open a new window with no Address bar

If i send an email using outlook and in the email there is a hyperlink.
But what i want is that if people get the email and they click the link i
want the
new window to open with no address bar.
Is it possible?

If you want to open a totally new window you can use client side javascript
such as this:
window.open('MyPage.aspx','_blank')
There are all kinds of options for setting window properties such as window
size and address bar & toolbar visibility.

Note: Some popup blockers may give you some grief.
