Caching Configuration Block

Hi,

Does anybody from microsoft know about the WMI events set up on the Caching
Configuration block ? I am regulalrly getting this error even if i have
installed all the possible Enterprise Library counters. I also ran the
installservices provided with the library couple of times dont know whats
missing..?
Failed to fire the WMI event 'CachingServiceCacheFlushedEvent'. Exception:
System.Exception: This schema for this assembly has not been registered with
WMI.
