Troubles with installing Asp.Net 2.0 WebAdmin

I have troubles with instaling .Net Framework 2.0 (Beta 2 - 2.0.50215). The
main instalation went just fine, troubles begin with my attemt to run
aspnet_regiss.exe -i. Asp.Net is instaled into IIS as it should be, sites are
working just fine. The only problem is thet this instalation did not create
the AspNet_WebAdmin folder in /inetpub/wwwroot, thus the WebAdmin is not
instaled in IIS and I cannot administer my sites. I read in official MSDN
post that aspnet_regiis tool should do this kind of thing. But it dint work
on my WinXP nor on clean instalation of Win 2003 Server. Can anyone help me
with this problem? Thx
